What we actually do

When you tell us what you’re seeing — cracks, sticking doors, a sloping floor — and your city, we route your request to independent local contractors who work your part of the county. Up to three of them contact you directly. You compare their quotes, check their insurance and references yourself, and hire the one you choose. You contract with them and pay them directly; we never touch your money or take a cut of your project. The contractors pay us a referral fee, which is why the service is free to you.

Why local matters here

How we choose the contractors we work with

We’re a marketing company, not a licensing body, so we’re careful about what we claim here. Before we route requests to a contractor, we confirm the basics a homeowner would want checked: that they operate in the county, carry their own liability insurance, and hold any Texas license their specific trade requires (foundation repair itself isn’t a licensed trade in Texas — only the structural engineer is). We don’t inspect job sites or guarantee anyone’s work, and we say so plainly.
